🥍 Flyers Girls Lacrosse Program
Learn the game. Build confidence. Be part of the team!
The mission of Framingham Youth Lacrosse (FYL) Girls Program is to make a positive impact on young athletes by teaching lacrosse in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.
We welcome girls in kindergarten through 8th grade, from first-time players to experienced athletes. Whether your daughter is picking up a stick for the first time or ready to take her game to the next level, there’s a place for her in FYL!
Our program offers five grade divisions:
- Kindergarten (K)
- Grades 1/2
- Grades 3/4
- Grades 5/6
- Grades 7/8
Teams: If there are multiple teams at the age group, the teams will be balanced teams of equal ability for spring competition. This is a mandate of the FGLL.
FYL Girls is a member of the Founders Girls Lacrosse League (FGLL).

A Positive, Flexible Approach
We encourage multi-sport athletes and understand that kids have busy schedules. While grades 1–8 typically have two practices per week, we know that attending both isn't always possible. We want girls to enjoy lacrosse, develop their skills, and be part of a team while balancing their other interests and commitments.
⭐️ Select Lacrosse: An Additional Challenge
For players looking for a more competitive experience, FYL offers an FGLL Select program for advanced players. Select teams compete against other towns' select programs on Friday evenings during the spring season. Players are selected through tryouts and must also participate on their regular Sunday team.
